Không cần tạo tài khoản, không thu thập tên, email hay số điện thoại.
Không có quảng cáo, không theo dõi người dùng, không dùng công cụ phân tích.
Chỉ gửi lên máy chủ những thông tin thiết bị CCTV mà bạn tự nhập để tạo mật khẩu.
Lịch sử mật khẩu chỉ lưu trên điện thoại của bạn và bạn có thể xoá bất cứ lúc nào.
Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại.

1. Giới thiệu

Chính sách này giải thích cách ứng dụng CCTV Reset Default (mã ứng dụng com.x359258.cctvreset, sau đây gọi là “Ứng dụng”) do Orange Quit (“chúng tôi”) phát triển xử lý thông tin khi bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng trên Android và iOS. Ứng dụng giúp kỹ thuật viên tra cứu cách khôi phục cài đặt gốc và tạo mật khẩu đặt lại cho đầu ghi, camera giám sát của nhiều hãng.

Khi sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với các nội dung được mô tả trong chính sách này.

2. Thông tin bạn nhập để tạo mật khẩu

Để tạo mật khẩu đặt lại, Ứng dụng gửi tới máy chủ cctvreset.359258.net qua kết nối mã hoá HTTPS:

mã của hãng và phương thức đặt lại bạn chọn;
các thông tin về thiết bị CCTV mà bạn tự nhập hoặc quét, tuỳ phương thức, ví dụ: số serial, địa chỉ MAC, ngày/giờ đang hiển thị trên thiết bị, mã yêu cầu do thiết bị sinh ra.

Máy chủ tính mật khẩu từ các thông tin này và lưu lại chuỗi thông tin đầu vào cùng kết quả để trả lại ngay kết quả cũ khi cùng một yêu cầu được gửi lại, và để bảo trì, sửa lỗi thuật toán. Các bản ghi này không gắn với tên, tài khoản hay số điện thoại của bạn.

Vui lòng không nhập thông tin cá nhân (họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ…) vào các ô nhập liệu — Ứng dụng không cần những thông tin đó.

3. Thông tin kỹ thuật được ghi nhận tự động

Như mọi dịch vụ trên Internet, khi Ứng dụng kết nối, các máy chủ có thể ghi nhận tự động địa chỉ IP, thời điểm và loại yêu cầu trong nhật ký hệ thống. Thông tin này chỉ dùng để vận hành, giới hạn tần suất truy cập, chống lạm dụng và đảm bảo an ninh. Các máy chủ Ứng dụng kết nối gồm:

cctvreset.359258.net — danh sách hãng, phương thức và tạo mật khẩu;
cctvwiki.com — bài viết hướng dẫn;
các địa chỉ lưu trữ hình ảnh (logo hãng, ảnh minh hoạ trong bài hướng dẫn), có thể thuộc bên thứ ba.

Ứng dụng không thu thập mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID/IDFA), danh bạ, vị trí, tin nhắn hay tệp tin trên máy của bạn.

4. Quyền truy cập camera

Ứng dụng chỉ xin quyền camera khi bạn bấm nút quét mã để đọc mã QR/mã vạch (thường là số serial) trên thiết bị. Hình ảnh được xử lý ngay trên điện thoại, chỉ có giá trị mã đọc được được điền vào ô nhập; hình ảnh không được lưu và không được gửi đi.

Trên Android, việc nhận dạng mã dùng thư viện Google ML Kit chạy trên thiết bị. Theo điều khoản của Google, ML Kit có thể gửi cho Google các số liệu về hiệu năng và mức độ sử dụng thư viện; số liệu này không chứa hình ảnh camera.
Trên iOS, việc nhận dạng mã dùng framework có sẵn của Apple.

Bạn có thể từ chối hoặc thu hồi quyền camera trong phần Cài đặt của điện thoại; khi đó bạn vẫn nhập số serial bằng tay được.

5. Dữ liệu lưu trên điện thoại của bạn

Để thuận tiện, Ứng dụng lưu cục bộ trên máy (không gửi về cho chúng tôi):

lịch sử mật khẩu đã tạo: tên hãng, tên phương thức, chuỗi thông tin đầu vào, mật khẩu và thời gian;
danh sách hãng xem gần đây;
bản sao tạm thời (cache) danh sách hãng và phương thức để xem được khi mất mạng;
lựa chọn ngôn ngữ.

Bạn có thể xoá từng mục hoặc toàn bộ lịch sử ngay trong màn hình Lịch sử, hoặc xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu bằng cách gỡ Ứng dụng. Nếu bạn bật tính năng sao lưu của hệ điều hành (Google/iCloud), dữ liệu này có thể nằm trong bản sao lưu do Google hoặc Apple quản lý theo chính sách của họ.

6. Thanh toán

Ứng dụng là ứng dụng trả phí, việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store xử lý. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản thanh toán của bạn. Việc xử lý dữ liệu thanh toán tuân theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google và Apple.

7. Không quảng cáo, không theo dõi

Ứng dụng không chứa quảng cáo, không tích hợp bộ công cụ quảng cáo hay phân tích của bên thứ ba, và không theo dõi hoạt động của bạn trên các ứng dụng hoặc trang web khác.

8. Chia sẻ thông tin

Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hay trao đổi thông tin của bạn. Thông tin chỉ có thể được cung cấp:

cho nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (máy chủ, lưu trữ) trong phạm vi cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ;
khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.

9. Bảo mật và thời gian lưu giữ

Mọi kết nối giữa Ứng dụng và máy chủ đều được mã hoá bằng HTTPS. Bản ghi tạo mật khẩu trên máy chủ được lưu trong thời gian cần thiết để vận hành và cải thiện dịch vụ; nhật ký hệ thống được lưu trong thời gian ngắn theo cấu hình máy chủ. Không có phương thức truyền tải hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu.

10. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu biết, chỉnh sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu liên quan đến bạn theo pháp luật hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu trên điện thoại do bạn tự quản lý (xem mục 5). Với bản ghi trên máy chủ, hãy gửi email kèm số serial hoặc chuỗi thông tin đã nhập để chúng tôi tìm và xoá.

11. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng là công cụ kỹ thuật dành cho người lớn, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em.

12. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi Ứng dụng thay đổi. Bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực; với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ghi chú phát hành của Ứng dụng.

1. Introduction

This policy explains how the CCTV Reset Default app (app ID com.x359258.cctvreset, the “App”), developed by Orange Quit (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on Android and iOS. The App helps technicians look up factory-reset procedures and generate reset passwords for DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras from many manufacturers.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information you enter to generate a password

To generate a reset password, the App sends the following to our server cctvreset.359258.net over encrypted HTTPS:

the identifiers of the manufacturer and reset method you choose;
the CCTV device details you type or scan, depending on the method — for example the serial number, MAC address, the date/time shown on the device, or a request code generated by the device.

The server computes the password from these details and stores the input string together with the result, so that the same request returns the same result immediately and so that we can maintain and fix the algorithms. These records are not linked to your name, account or phone number.

Please do not enter personal information (name, phone number, address, etc.) into the input fields — the App does not need it.

3. Technical information collected automatically

As with any Internet service, when the App connects, the servers may automatically record your IP address, the time and the type of request in their logs. This is used only to operate the service, rate-limit requests, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. The App connects to:

cctvreset.359258.net — manufacturers, methods and password generation;
cctvwiki.com — guide articles;
image hosts (manufacturer logos and pictures inside guides), which may be operated by third parties.

The App does not collect your advertising ID (Advertising ID/IDFA), contacts, location, messages or files.

4. Camera access

The App asks for camera permission only when you tap the scan button to read a QR code or barcode (usually the serial number) on a device. Images are processed on your phone; only the decoded value is filled into the input field. Images are never stored or uploaded.

On Android, barcode recognition uses Google ML Kit running on the device. Under Google’s terms, ML Kit may send Google metrics about the performance and usage of the library; these metrics do not contain camera images.
On iOS, barcode recognition uses Apple’s built-in frameworks.

You can deny or revoke camera permission in your phone’s Settings and still type the serial number manually.

5. Data stored on your phone

For convenience, the App stores the following locally on your device (it is not sent to us):

password history: manufacturer, method, input string, password and time;
recently viewed manufacturers;
a temporary cache of manufacturers and methods for offline browsing;
your language preference.

You can delete individual entries or the whole history from the History screen, or remove all data by uninstalling the App. If you have enabled operating-system backup (Google/iCloud), this data may be included in backups managed by Google or Apple under their own policies.

6. Payments

The App is a paid app; payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your card or payment account details. Payment data is handled under the privacy policies of Google and Apple.

7. No ads, no tracking

The App contains no advertising, integrates no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

8. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Information may only be disclosed:

to infrastructure providers (servers, hosting) to the extent needed to run the service;
when required by a lawful request from competent authorities.

9. Security and retention

All connections between the App and our servers are encrypted with HTTPS. Password-generation records are kept for as long as needed to operate and improve the service; server logs are kept for a short period according to server configuration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect data.

10. Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete data relating to you. Data on your phone is under your control (see section 5). For records on our server, email us with the serial number or input string you used and we will locate and delete them.

11. Children

The App is a technical tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. The new version will be posted on this page with its effective date; for significant changes we will also mention them in the App’s release notes.
